Hello i'm bagus absent 27. my opinion, this English lesson is very interesting, adding to our knowledge both in theory and practice. We know more about how to sing in English and the difficulties. We can know how to sing in English. I enjoy learning in groups because it can increase familiarity in the group / team and other group friends so that the atmosphere is not tense and it's quite fun being in class. I feel happy because I can learn things that are maybe I won't be able to learn later.

ReplyDeleteIn Thursday, my English ESP teacher tasked students to cover a song. We made a group of 5-6 (five to six), they are Aldy, Abhi, Hafizh, Ziven, Real, and Arvey. We discussed for the song we chose, and we chose "On My Way" by Alan Walker.
Our group were told to sing first, and we sing. We were recorded by Raffa (and possibly some other students). We were singing in front of the class.
It was actually quite fun. Even though I'm a bit embarrassed and nervous, but it was fun overall. I got to sing in front of the class, in which I haven't done in a long time. I also got to record other group singing (even though some videos were shaky, I'm sorry in advance). This activity also helped my friendship, because I get to know more about my group mate. Despite the pros and cons, the activity today is fun.
This activity also helped my English, especially my pronounciation. I got to learn how to pronounce word faster (considering the song is a bit fast). And, my English also improved by listening to other groups singing. So, thank you.

We didnt need to find a song because Scott already did find one, its an old song, its "a wonderful world", yes it is a really old song, but its great, and easy to sing, it was a fantastic and horrible day at the same time, but atleast it was fun, we got some score and some material, its a really fantastic day for me, not really, but still fantastic

ReplyDeleteToday was special day, and that's is singing with 5-6 people in group, my group decided to sing the "One direction : Drag Me Down" and yeah we discussed it and yes it was choosen.
We're the second of the last group (perform) on that time I was nervous because I was in the middle, and the middle is the people who focused on, so I keep my calm and sing the song, and it was recorded by Aldy my friend.
When the song is finished I was proud and happy so I sit and the song is almost fast. This is the practicing of the fast English words like practicing a rap. And it's a good song♪ヽ(･ˇ∀ˇ･ゞ)

Hello, my name is Anindya Riannisa number 26. Last Tuesday my english ESP teacher give an assignment to cover a song. We make a group of 5-6 students. My group they are Adel, Belva, Maylla, Nafi'ah, and me. My group choose a song the tittle is comethru by Jeremy Zucker. me and my friend practiced to memorize this song. On Thursday my group came forward to cover the song we chose, namely Comethru. my teacher said our group performed well. so my group was happy and then we sat down again. This is very interesting. ReplyDeleteToday is Tuesday, my ESP teacher told me to sing by forming groups. One class had 5 groups, and 1 group had 5-6 members. My members were: Ubaid, Raffa, Arya, Benaya, Rajwa, and Davin. I was with five friends I song the song from One Direction-Drag Me Down. I song confidently, happily, and happily. I and my friends song together / me. My friends and I song smoothly with no difficulties.

Hello, I'm Sabrina number 30. Today my group remake the ending song. We covered this song on orders for our teacher. The consistency of my group from Devin, Nina, Kysa, Nisa, and Me. We are actually confused about what song to choose. We take the time to discuss, after making excuses, we choose a memorable song. Because we were in a different class, it was rather difficult for us to take the time to discuss. Luckily we were able to discuss for a while in the middle of the time to go home. This material was very interesting for me. I feel enjoyed for the material this time. we can listen to other friends sing together, it makes me feel happy. I think this material will help us a lot in learning English. because by reading or listening to song lyrics, we can get new vocabulary. My group have 5 member, they are is Devin, Nisa, Kysa, Sabrina, and Me. Yesterday we are discuss and prepare the songs for today. Like I said on my first word we cover memories by Maroon 5. It's very fun and interesring activites. We are have fun with the lyrics of the song. I want tell you the behind the story of Memories by Maroon 5. This song is written by Adam Levine. He write the lyrics and tell us the story of memories that not be lost and come back to mind. Memories were specially created to commemorate his late bestfriend and former manager (Jordan Feldstein) who was closed in December 2017, due to blood clot in the leg. For your Infomation, Jordab is the brothers of are of the famous actors Jonah Hill. It is expected to be like family by Maroon 5 members, so they can feel the pain received by Jonah Hill. Yesterday I discussed with my friends. To choose a song. my friends and I sing songs in front of the class. but the song that must be sung is an English song. And the song that I chose was on my way. The song on my way was made by Alan Walker. One class was divided into groups of 5-6 students. My group consists of Aldy, Abhi, Hafizh, Ziven, Arvey, Real. When singing, my group was told to go first. When I advanced I felt ashamed. Because I was seen by many friends. But after I finished singing, I was no longer ashamed.
